Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS)

 

MTSS is a multi-step, data-based process of providing instruction and support to promote the academic and social-emotional-behavioral success of all children.  West Fargo Middle Schools use an MTSS Standard Protocol application, in which a standard set of empirically supported instructional approaches are implemented to prevent and remediate academic or social-emotional-behavioral deficits.  The mission of MTSS at West Fargo Middle Schools is to provide high-quality instruction and intervention matched with student academic and/or social-emotional-behavioral needs.
