TransMath replaces the student's Core Math class.  This class is noted as TransMath I or TransMath II on the student's schedule.

TransMath is a comprehensive math intervention curriculum that targets middle and high school students who lack the foundational skills necessary for entry into algebra and are two or more years below grade-level in math.  TransMath deepens conceptual understanding and builds problem solving proficiency through the use of explicit instructions and multi-sensory strategies, embeds lesson-by-lesson models to support teacher preparation and strengthen teacher’s content knowledge, facilitates whole class interactive-learning by providing access to digital tools to increase the opportunities for mathematical discourse and peer learning, and provides students and teachers with eBook access to support their learning and provide greater interaction between the student and the teacher.
